Old Town Country Kitchen "The Grill"

The food and service are excellent! We have eaten here while on vacation for lunch and dinner and our entire family enjoyed their menu choice. You won't regret stopping!

There's a reason this place has some notoriety among the locals. It's unassuming facade and Helter Skelter parking lot might dissuade many people. However, missing out on this dining experience would be a mistake. For breakfast I had their egg plate with a side of ham and biscuits. The ham was true country ham, salt-cured and thick and a lot of it. The eggs were perfectly cooked to order, and the biscuit was a little chewy on the outside soft and buttery on the inside and perfectly cooked. For lunch, I had a double bacon cheeseburger and a side of fries. The burger was just a tad pink, which is perfect, the chili and cheese topping it off or delicious, and the fries were perfectly seasoned and crispy while still being soft on the inside. If I'm ever in that neighborhood again, I will most definitely be stopping by.
